It feels like the perfect time to pop on and give you a little update on Her Soldier In The Spotlight.
Although the pre-order has been live for a little while now (thank you so much to everyone who’s already pre-ordered!), I wanted to let you know that writing is continuing well behind the scenes.
I’m currently deep into bringing Miles and Lia’s story to life, and I can honestly say this book is becoming one of my favourite projects to write. Watching these two characters challenge one another, slowly lower their guards and navigate the danger surrounding them has been such a rewarding journey so far.
Miles has spent his life protecting everyone else. He’s disciplined, guarded and happiest working in the shadows. Lia, meanwhile, has spent her life performing under bright lights as one of the world’s most celebrated ballerinas. They’re complete opposites in so many ways, which has made writing their relationship incredibly enjoyable.
As always, my goal is to deliver everything you’ve come to expect from the C.M.S. Protection Series—protective heroes, emotional romance, plenty of suspense and a story that keeps you turning the pages.
There’s still lots of writing, editing and polishing ahead before release day, but I wanted to let you know that work is progressing really well and I’m so excited for you all to meet Miles and Lia properly.
