These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Bella Rose Books. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About Bella Rose Books
Bella Rose Books offers limited special edition books by author Bella Rose. Special editions may include premium features such as foiled covers, sprayed edges, decorative endpapers and character artwork. Each special edition purchased directly from Bella Rose Books is personally signed by the author.

2. Special Editions & Product Description
Every effort is made to describe and photograph each special edition as accurately as possible. Please read the individual product description carefully before ordering, as features may vary between titles and editions.
Due to the nature of book production and specialist finishes, minor variations in colour, foil, sprayed edges, print alignment or other finishing details may occur between individual copies. These minor manufacturing variations are not necessarily considered faults where the product otherwise conforms to its description and is of satisfactory quality.
Product photographs and mock-ups are intended to represent the finished edition as accurately as possible. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
3. Signed Copies
Special editions purchased directly from Bella Rose Books are personally hand-signed by Bella Rose as standard. There is no need to request a signed copy separately at checkout.
Unless specifically offered on the individual product page, personalised names, messages or dedications are not available.
4. Made-to-Order & Production Times
Special editions are made to order in limited batches. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery.
The stated timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production times can vary depending on order volumes, printer production schedules, delivery to Bella Rose Books and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once a production batch is received, copies are inspected and signed before being prepared for dispatch.
If you require a book for a particular date or special occasion, please contact Bella Rose Books before placing your order to check the current expected turnaround time.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment is processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers. Bella Rose Books does not store customers’ full payment card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Special editions are sent using a tracked delivery service. Because special edition hardbacks can be larger and heavier than standard books, postage costs—particularly for international orders—may be higher than standard book delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal or courier service selected and the destination. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Bella Rose Books is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
7. International Orders, Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for checking whether customs duties, import VAT, handling charges or other local fees may apply in their destination country.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient before or upon delivery. Bella Rose Books is not responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities, postal operators or other authorities in the destination country.
8. Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact Bella Rose Books as soon as possible at hello@bellarosebooks.com.
Your cancellation rights will depend on the circumstances of the order and your applicable statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict rights provided to consumers by law.
9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact hello@bellarosebooks.com as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs where appropriate.
Bella Rose Books will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Scratch & Dent / Imperfect Copies
From time to time, Bella Rose Books may offer Scratch & Dent or Imperfect copies at a reduced price.
These books may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as small dents, marks, scuffs, foil irregularities, edge damage, minor print or finishing flaws, or other imperfections that do not prevent the book from being read or enjoyed.
Any known imperfections will be described as clearly as reasonably possible on the relevant product listing. By purchasing a Scratch & Dent or Imperfect copy, you acknowledge that the book is being sold at a reduced price because of its stated cosmetic condition.
Scratch & Dent copies remain covered by your statutory consumer rights. A disclosed cosmetic imperfection will not itself be treated as a fault where it was clearly described before purchase, but this does not affect your rights if the item is otherwise faulty, damaged beyond the condition described, incorrect, or not as described.
11. Delivery Details & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact Bella Rose Books immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to amend the delivery address.
Additional postage costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be payable before an order can be resent, where permitted by law.
12. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Bella Rose Books so that the issue can be investigated and resolved.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, Bella Rose Books may provide the relevant payment provider with order information, correspondence, tracking information and proof of dispatch or delivery where appropriate.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the written content, branding and original design elements appearing on the Bella Rose Books website and products are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or used without permission from the relevant rights holder.
14. Privacy & Communications
Customer information is processed for purposes including fulfilling orders, taking payment, providing customer service and sending essential information relating to an order.

15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to those rights, Bella Rose Books is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
16. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Bella Rose Books reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where fraudulent activity, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, abuse or misuse of the website is suspected.
If Bella Rose Books cancels an order after payment has been received and no goods are supplied, the appropriate payment will be refunded.
17. Availability, Promotions & Sales Channels
Special editions may be offered through the official Bella Rose Books website and selected third-party sales platforms or retailers.
From time to time, copies may also be provided or offered as part of competitions, giveaways, promotional campaigns, collaborations, reader events, or other marketing activities.
Prices, availability, delivery charges, fulfilment arrangements and promotional offers may differ between sales channels. The terms applicable to an order placed through a third-party platform will also be subject to that platform’s applicable terms and policies.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory legal protections that apply to them based on where they live.
